NEW PUPILS' INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
Once all places have been offered and accepted pupils are invited to an induction in school during the Summer Term. As a requirement of our Governing body parents are also requested to complete a series of information documents, including pupils information sheets and a pen picture, medical forms, Home/School agreement, Image consent form, Guardian nomination (where applicable) and others. These are posted out to the parents of new pupils during the Summer Term prior to their joining the school.
