Old Novaportan Sports Weekend

Friday 10 - Sunday 12 December 2010

Netball, basketball, rugby, hockey This annual weekend is now well established and getting bigger every year.If you would like to play in one of the ON teams Mr Mulhern in the PE Department will want to hear from you. He will refer you to the respective team captains (so volunteers we want to hear from you too.) Do not leave it to the last minute. The timetable of fixtures will follow the same plan as in previous years.

Old Novaportan Golf Day

14th June 2010  The Shropshire, Muxton

We were delighted to hold our Old Novaportan Golf Day on Monday 14th June 2010 at The Shropshire Golf Centre, Muxton.  The day proved to be a very successful event and the weather was kind to us.  Over 40 people attended, including Old Boys of all ages, Parents and Friends of Adams'.  This is to be an annual event so we hope that more of you will be able to join us next year.  Our thanks go to Anthony Warner, an old boy who put in a lot of time and effort together with Ruth Lloyd, our Development Manager, to ensure the day ran smoothly.  The Shropshire proved to be an excellent venue.  We are pleased to announce that over £500.00 was raised towards school funds.

The "Adams' Grammar School Fifties Cup" was generously donated by Anthony Warner, Tony Mann, Fred Owen and Graham Ward - (ON's of the 50's) and will be presented to the winner each year.

Old Novaportan Guided Tour Day

14th October 2010 at 1pm

An opportunity to reminisce and enjoy a day back at Adams' Grammar School. 

Buffet Lunch followed by a guided tour of Adams' and an opportunity to watch some House Rugby fixtures up at Longford Hall.

Ticket Price £20.00 per head (to include drinks).
