Commendations

Pupils are often commended by teachers for excellent academic work, improvement or progress in work, or an outstanding contribution to the school or local community.  The commendation is given via the school network and parents are informed by email. Headmaster, Taylor and Peterson awards are presented to a number of pupils throughout the school year.

Headmaster Commendations

The Headmaster’s Academic Commendation is usually given for forty commendations but can also be awarded for particularly outstanding or selfless contributions or where a pupil has gained five House Commendations.
