All four Houses recently competed in the Library’s annual Bibliophagist trophy with the winners taking the trophy for the third year running!
Introduced in 2015, this year’s Bibliopaghist competition included questions on general literature, followed by a Pointless round, Picture clues, Who am I? and the Buzzer round. This year was the most successful to date with entries from all four Houses, with each team having four members from across the year groups, taking turns to answer questions.
With only one round left to play, all four Houses were in with a chance. However, Clive House were lightning fast on the buzzer and emerged as the victors for the third year in a row. The team consisted of James Farley U6FC, Tom Rowe 9C, Dominic Mitchell 8C and Joseph Rix 8C. Their range and knowledge was wide and varied and they were worthy champions, thus ensuring the Red Army marches on!
